OUR POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

Republic of Cyprus: For orders over 50 euro, shipping is free and is done through Local Courier Service providers ( e.g.Akis Express, GenikiTaxydromiki, Travel Express). For orders of lower value than 50 euro Shipping cost is 3 euro.

Greece/Bulgaria/Romania: for orders of over 120 euro shipping is free. For order of lower than 120 euro shipping costs 10 euro.

For rest of EU: for orders of over 200 euro, shipping is free. For order of lower than 200 euro shipping costs 20-30 euro depending on weight.

PAYMENT POLICY:

We currently accept payment by PayPal from all jurisdictions. We also accept cash on delivery from clients in Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania to be paid and collected by the delivering courier company. Upon checking out, the customer will be provided the option to choose between the two payment methods assuming both options are available based on the buyers jurisdiction. (cash on delivery being an option only for Cyprus /Greece /Bulgaria/ Romania)

REFUND POLICY:

We individually examine all ordered pieces prior to shipment and allow them to be shipped out only upon passing our in-house quality control procedures. Furthermore, once the fabric has been cut to the ordered length it cannot be returned nor refunded under any circumstances.
